North County

North County is separated from San Luis Obispo by the Cuesta grade, a small strip of mountains. Once you go up the Cuesta grade from San Luis Obispo, everything is considered the North County all the way to San Miguel which is just North of Paso Robles. North County is bustling with vineyards and wine tasting, along with Olive orchards and Olive oil tasting. It has a rural feel with numerous horse ranches and facilities to top it off.
